Training & Support

At Solutionwhere we consider Training & Support to be one of our highest priorities.  When you call or email us, you can be sure that we will get back with you quickly, and our team is focused on providing fast and helpful responses.

Training:

Optionally, Solutionwhere provides formal software training. Administrative users are certified upon reaching a minimum level of competence determined by Solutionwhere and the organization. On-site training is available.

The client- administrator is responsible for accuracy and comprehensive database content.

Hosting:

Solutionwhere provides Coursewhere hosting services and includes:

  • Dedicated NT Internet application server with Coursewhere application software
  • Access to Coursewhere application by subscription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Solutionwhere reserves the right to bring servers down Sunday mornings for maintenance when and if needed.
  • Internet connectivity to database
  • Appropriate bandwidth and CPU resources for client access
  • Trained and certified Coursewhere software support specialists
  • Daily database back-ups
  • Backup generator

Phone Support:

Solutionwhere provides user support from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.

Upgrades:

On an ongoing basis, Solutionwhere releases major Coursewhere upgrades to subscription clients at no cost. Solutionwhere will make every effort to incorporate client's enhancement requests into future upgrades, assuming those requests will benefit all Coursewhere users, although Solutionwhere is not obligated to do so.
